Once you have expressed interest in having a kitchen with Leisure Coast Kitchens, one of our designers will meet with you to discuss your requirements and ideas. If your home is in the initial stage of construction it is advisable to call and make an appointment to meet with a designer on a personal level in our comfortable showroom. Our showroom has the latest kitchens on display where clients can view a wide selection of products, various materials and view our fantastic range of colour choices for all surfaces. If you are renovating an existing home we can visit you at your home for a free measure a quote having a look at your kitchen, laundry or vanity area.

Design plans are drawn and a quotation of costs given. Customers can contact their designer to discuss the quotation and plan. Leisure Coast Kitchens designers are fully accredited in their fields, so you can trust the information provided is accurate.

Once Leisure Coast Kitchens has been given the go ahead for your kitchen one of our friendly team will make a suitable time for our project manager to visit your home for a check measure. While at your home the project manager will discuss the finer details of your kitchen and confirm all measurements. Once everything is reviewed then Leisure Coast Kitchens is ready to start the production on your kitchen. We will also collect a list of your appliance specifications at the time of approval so that the specifications can be included when the final plan is drawn. As your designer would have discussed with you once we have the go ahead for your kitchen, we would then require you make a deposit of 10%.

We will contact you to make a time for you to visit the showroom and meet with the designer to review the final plan, going over all decisions such as your finishes for your doors, panels and bench tops, handles and accessories. At this time we will complete a contract. As your designer would have discussed with you, the second payment of 40% will be needed to start the production of your kitchen. The project manager will discuss an install date with you.

Now, its time for you to relax and let us do the rest!

We will contact you one week prior to the installation of your cabinets to ensure you are ready for the install, advise you who will be installing your cabinets, what day and what time the cabinet installers will be arriving at your home. We will also be asking you for your progress payment that will be due one week before the install date; this is a payment of 40%.

The project manager is responsible for co-ordination of work schedules with our fitters and all other allied trades such as electrical, plumbing, tiling, etc. You can choose to use our trade people but it is possible to use your own. The benefit of using our trade’s people is that they arrive promptly when we need them to be there. This reduces the time that you are without a kitchen.

If you choose a natural stone or man made stone bench top, the cabinets will be installed and then the stone mason will visit to record exact measurements for the stone to be cut and polished. The stone bench top will be approximately 7 – 10 working days. If you are having a stone bench top please ensure you have your sink on site the day of the kitchen installation as your sink will be cut on site. It is advisable for you to be there to discuss final details for the stone bench top.

If you have chosen a glass splashback we will organise the glass craftsman to visit you and measure the area required. The precise measurement can only be taken after the bench top and range hood have been installed. The glass splash back will be installed two to three weeks after the measurements are taken.

Our skilled and experienced installers are committed to early morning starts and work long hours to complete the installation of your new kitchen as quickly as possible, leaving you with a beautiful working kitchen for you and your family.
